Why not? If you like to mix it up with what you have on your feet, then there is no harm in adding toning or exercise shoes into your daily or weekly routine. The toning shoes are that sector of the footwear market where the shoes are designed to give what is claimed to be a ‘tone up’. The evidence is that they don’t actually do this and the hyped claims have got a number of the companies into trouble. They are not exactly for running, though I have heard of people who do run in them. While they may not give you that promised ‘tone up’, what they do is change the way you walk and how the muscles function when you are wearing them. This short term change in the function of the muscles can only have positive effects on the body. Toning shoes certainly are work considering if you want to mix it up.
